I like it. It's fun to say and sounds pretty.
It seems to be getting popular again in some countries (just the Hailey spelling) because of Hailey Bieber. So I personally associate this spelling with celebrity drama and don't like it very much.
I do love Hayley and I also really love Haley. Definitely a bit dated but cute.

I think it's a very pretty name that I really love.
It's because of Hailey Bieber. She has been everywhere in the past few years, especially on TikTok, Instagram etc.
I like the spelling Hailey the best and it is a nice name. Not one I would use, but I have a good association with this name so it is special.
I have always loved this name, despite being MEGA popular for my age group. During freshman year of high school (5 years ago), there were FOUR Hailey's in my math class; Hailey, Haliegh (not a typo), Haley, and Hayley. The first spelling I encountered of this name was Hailee; she was in my kindergarten class. Despite all of these different spelling variants, Hailey seems to be most popular. Anyways, I enjoy the spellings Hailey, Haley, and Haleigh!

Especially when it's spelled Hailey, this name mostly reminds me of "hail" as in "greet / say hi" and that's a positive association.
Hayley makes me think of hay. Oddly, Hayden does not make me think of hay. Maybe because hay comes from a lea and not a den? ha.
I like the name Hallie better than Hailey, though. It's not so surnamey, it seems styled more like Sally and Maggie and Sadie, while Hailey seems more like Shelby, Kayley, Mallory, and Leslie.

Hailey is one of the few "surnames as first names" that I don't mind. Hailey is my favourite spelling followed by Haley. Haylie is ok. I'm not a fan of Hayley even though it's a perfectly acceptable spelling of the name. I have a very pronounced aversion to more than one "y" in a name.
