Hailey is one of the few "surnames as first names" that I don't mind. Hailey is my favourite spelling followed by Haley. Haylie is ok. I'm not a fan of Hayley even though it's a perfectly acceptable spelling of the name. I have a very pronounced aversion to more than one "y" in a name.
