Of those, Mary Ann. I mostly only like hyphenated names if they're French (Marie-Anne seems more natural to me than Mary-Anne?). And if I was going to use Ann by itself, I'd probably pick Ann over Anne; it's not a strong preference, though.I would expect the spelling to be Marianne, if I heard it. Maryanne would be my 2nd thought.
