I'm going to just narrow this down to names I would name a baby right this minute.
Otherwise there are too many of some of them, to pick just one as my "favorite." Jean, Mara, Julia, Alexandra, Emerentia (included that one just because I can, not because I'd use it).
Tom, Damon, Nicholas, Alexander.

I will say that I originally had Miles up there in a first syllable spot... Until I realized that depending on how you pronounce it Miles could have two syllables. Consider it an honorary mention?
I think most people use one syllable. There aren't any other pronunciations listed here. A Spanish person is more likely to use Milo than Miles.
I'm just going to post a short list for each syllable or I'll be here all night. One Syllable: Jane, Kate, Gwen, Nell, Tess, Jude, Jack, Jake & LukeTwo Syllables: Celeste, Esme, Lily, Stella, Edith/Edie, Romy, Charlotte, Audrey, Hannah, Sophie, Agatha, Victor, Vincent Three Syllables: Genevieve, Josephine, Emilia, Rosalie, Meredith, Abigail, Adeline, Gabriel, Tobias, Augustus, Julian, Raphael, Xavier, BenedictFour Syllables: Evangeline, Magdalena, Cecilia, Andromeda, Theodosia, Alexander, Theodore, Bartholomew Five Syllables: Maximilian

Honestly, fair. It took me a while to decide on some of these.
I just realized how little variety in starting letters my favorite names have, wow.
