I love the way
Esther sounds, not *as* keen on how it looks. I think the "sth" part rubs me the wrong way. But I like it; it was the legal first name of a poster here who passed away, and I miss her a lot. She hated it, but it still makes me think of her, so I love it for that.
Esther has a really nice quality of being both soft and gentle as well as crisp and sparkling.
Estee is elegant, makes me think of the makeup/beauty product line that I remember my mom and grandma using,
Estée Lauder. That stuff, and the name, always seemed so glam and grown up.
