[Opinions] Have you ever invented a name?
If so, I’d love to know what you invented!

Absolutely yes! Some examples are Syrelline, Larrika, Gilandra, Suralka, Detrissa, Brinalka (one of the characters in a book I am writing), Travisius (another character), Yanselda, Quadesha, Tyriana, Tadeshka, Queresta and Quantissa.
And there's plenty more where they came from!

When I was in middle school I wrote a short story about a girl named Maillese. (May lease) I thought it was so cute.
Well, there's a story I'm writing with lots of invented names due to it being set in a non-earth location, but I don't want to mention any of those right now.
However, when I was a kid, I'd invent names all the time. I'm sure I've mentioned a few on here, but I can't remember what those were. Off the top of my head, though, two I remember the most (of which are not actually unique names, but I made them up nonetheless) are Florry for an Absol (pokemon) and Ziggy for a Zigzagoon (also a Pokemon). I was like, 8
Years later, I find that Ziggy is a real name short for Zachary and Zigfred, and Florry is short for Florence

I think I made up Torielle {Tori + Elle)
Azadaia
Of course, many times. One I recall is Irive, (short I)
I was 11 when I came up with the name Wolvin, I just used it for a character of mine. In 2021 I rediscover the name I made, realize it's super cool, and start going by it myself. Have been ever since.

Not so long ago, I came up with a game where I gave a random prompt and you would type it into an online translator, until it came up with a result that could potentially become a name.
I was just playing this game today, actually. I came up with Kshana, a shortened form of various Indian languages' word for "fleeting."

I'm pretty sure I invented the name Savy when I was about 11.
Ooh, I've met someone with this name! I think it was even spelled this way!
When I was about thirteen I came up with Izendra, I was devastated when I found it on Nameberry LOL.
Awh, that's honestly so pretty!
My brain invented the name Lontilly in a dream, and even assigned a meaning to it! That was a cool dream.
Ooh, do you remember the meaning?
Yeah! It was "Hidden".
