It's okay. I really like it as a nn to Justina. On it's own, not so much, although I don't dislike it.

I think it's very cute and lively. It's dated for sure, but it's sound and style make it feel youthful anyway.

This is how I view the name Tina as well.
I think it’s substantial on its own, although I like the option of a longer full name (Christina, Martina)

I like it. More of a nickname than a full formal name. A lot of names end with Tina.
