It's quite plain to me, I feel nothing for it, like it's just a fairly serviceable placeholder name until something better comes along. Sounds like it should be pretty in theory, but ultimately it comes off as hollow.

Perfect in Hawaiian, but I find it pretentious in a different context. It has never appealed to me due to its blandness; it's another modern K name with no energy. I have once seen it spelt as Kiannah at a hospital reception. However, I do enjoy Kia a lot.
