I think you lucked out - I like Katherine Marie the best.
If I were in your place, I think I'd just figure my dad named me because he had a favorite, and my mom didn't really have a favorite. It's not really about the blanket!
Elisa would have been nice too. However, I wouldn't want my annoying relative to think I was named with her in mind, either! And I also dislike the name Lisa.
Katherine Elizabeth seems sort of generic to me in a way that Katherine Marie does not. Elizabeth is a name I often forget. Marie isn't.
