[Opinions] Names for women with a similar vibe to Roy?
What are names for women that have the same vibe as Roy does for men?The name doesn't have to be old school, in the way that Roy can be short for Royal; it doesn't have to be pure 50s-ish vibe.

The first thing that comes to mind is Doris.
Maybe, also, Betty.
I can’t really separate Roy from old names, so I’m having a hard time finding a vibe that’s not “old man/old lady” vibe.
My neighbors growing up were an older couple. His real name was Raymond, and hers was Cecelia, but we always called her Ceil. (I’m not even sure if that is the correct spelling, but we pronounced it like Seal)
I can kind of picture Roy and Ceil.

Rae (short for Rachael)
Wes for a boy, so maybe Wesleigh?
Roy makes me think of people like Robert Roy MacGregor and Guillaume de Roy (Knights Templar). The meaning of Roy makes me think of Regina as an equivalent for women. Neve

Betty is the first name that came to my mind, but despite having good associations with the name, it's not a favorite.I love Sheila!
The 'Moi' in Moira kind of rhymes with Roy.
It sure does!
