Well, I don't like Oakley at all, but if I had to use it for anything, I would only use the Oakley spelling. I have no idea about the sunglasses brand you mentioned. Overall, it sounds like a fine name for a pet, but not a person and if it was for a person, it leans more masculine to me. So, if I had to name my daughter Oakley, I would use a very feminine middle name so she would have that option to go by.
