Seu: From Lao ເສືອ (seu), meaning tiger. It's not actually used as a name in Laos but it does mean tiger. There is however, a name that means lion (Siho- it's on the site here: https://www.behindthename.com/name/siho/submitted)
Bandasak: Means "total authority" or something along those lines. It's on the site here (with the anglicised spelling Bandasack): https://surnames.behindthename.com/name/bandasack/submitted
