https://www.cbgfamilienamen.nl/nfb/detail_naam.php?gba_naam=Koopman&nfd_naam=Koopman&info=analyse+en+verklaring&operator=eq&taal=Apperently it goes like this for the Dutch version of Komen:Koopman > Kooman > Koomen > KomenKoopman means 'trader, someone who buys, merchant' Koop = Buy, Man = Man. Which makes it the Dutch equivalent of the German surname Kaufmann.Sometimes Koopman can come from Jacob (> Jakob > Koop (ending -b is pronounced as a -p, so there's no difference in sound between Koop and Koob) + addition of -man to make it a pet form. Though the version with the 'trader' meaning happened more often.Pronounced would be: KOH:-mən

Komen also exists as van Komen in the Netherlands suggesting a habitational origin. Komen is the Dutch name of Comines, a town on the border of Belgium and France. While I haven't found a source that confirms this origin, it is an ethnic, linguistic, and historical Dutch region. As for the etymology of Comines/Komen, it ultimately comes from an ancient Celtic word meaning "valley".Source: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Komen

I did some research and updated it a bit. I didn't find the meaning, though.
