[Opinions] Re: Phoebe, Ruby, Sadie, Ella or Poppy?
in reply to a message by Amandine
Phoebe, because of its ties to Greek mythology. The meaning is brilliant (pun intended) and it's not very common, at least in the US. Ruby is short and sweet, and I love gemstone names. Glad to see it's becoming more and more popular. Sadie is cute, both as a diminutive of reliable but overused Sarah and as a name on its own. Ella is fine, but it needs a deserved break. And finally, while Poppy may sound cutesy, it's a beautiful flower.
All in all:
Phoebe > Ruby > Sadie > Poppy > Ella
