I would choose Phoebe because I like nearly all the Greek female names that end with that 'ee' sound. Fortunately, I never watched the show Friends.
Ruby - it's a very pretty name, but I wouldn't use it (this is my neighbor's dog's name, and a friend's daughter's name)
Sadie - not a fan
Ella - too plain / half a name / no substance
Poppy - this was a term of endearment for a relative, so, no
