Is wisteria used as a color? Yes! My childhood bedroom’s paint colour was Wisteria :)
So, I think, was mine: just the colour, a light lavender-mauve, not the name, and it was limewash, not paint. My parents let me choose it, and I also picked out a cheerful yellow for the ceiling - 'like sunshine' I remember explaining.
