I could only find the list from last year's and the year before that. If I can find older lists, I'll add those in.

Larry (This was the name of my favorite uncle growing up, so the name holds lots of meaning to me, but I completely understand why the name dropped off.)

Etta (This one just can't seem to hold on. It's a shame because it fits in with SO many other names!)
Cory (An end of an era. 😪 & Also my brother's middle name)
Kristina (2017)

Surprised Etta left with the popularity of Ella. Cory isn't my name. Don't really like the others.
Yes, Etta fits in with a lot of other names that are favorable right now, Ella being just one prime example. Lots of E names, 4 lettered, 2 syllables names, other names with similar endings & older, vintage names. Etta fits right into all of those categories.
However I did take a look at the charts and looks like it came back last year. Hope it decides to stick around.
Edit: It's still on the charts but has fallen. Weird.
