I have a sister named Kristina, born in the 90's, so yeah, naturally the name doesn't feel exclusively 80's to me. I understand if Kristina just fell out of favor, but other Chris type names falling is certainly weird, I agree.
Tiffany on the other hand I can see falling off the charts-not this year, but soon. I know it increased a lot last year, but I very much doubt it'll take off and have a dramatic resurgence. If it does, I'll be shocked.
