I like both pronunciations of Leonore, actually.
I like your idea of an -ine ending for the middle name with Lenore. Both Lenore Marcelle and Lenore Caroline stand out to me. Lenore Chantal has nice flow, though Chantal is nms.
Ophelia Lenore is my current favorite, actually.
Paloma Lenore is lovely.
