Nancy Constance or Charles Michael.
The MNs are okay, but the FNs are definitely in my rubbish pile.
Nancy Constance is very old-fashioned, whereas Charles Michael is just boring.
Edit: If I was from the USA, I'd be Marie Laura or Walter Philip. Marie Laura is no better. At least Walter Philip is quite nice
