Jannik and Chae-Won settled down in Roskilde, Denmark and enjoy the quiet life there and proximity of Jannik’s family, they can be also often found traveling around Europe by train. Ji-Su and Riley were married four years ago with Tennyson serving as ring bearer, it was just a small family occasion but they wouldn’t want to have it other way. They have since welcomed two more sons aged three and fourteen months. Ji-su is already thinking of wrapping up his competitive career and wants to move into sports management, while Riley works as a child psychologist. Although Axel did not plan to stay in Rotterdam it looks he won’t be moving anywhere else anytime soon. He literally bumped into his wife three years ago during King’s day celebration, they started dating a month later, moved in together on their one year anniversary and recently got married at the town hall. Their daughter is due in two months’ time. Iseul is traveling the world attending various athletics meetings and training camps, her base is still in Korea, but she rarely spends there more than two weeks at one time. She has recently started transitioning to longer distance and would like to move to 1500 m distance runs. Freja and Julian made life for them and their two daughters in Korea, in addition to their language school they are very active in the expat community in Busan.

Francis and Maryam continue living away from each other with Francis settling down in Scotland permanently, he travels back only for family occasions and there aren’t that many. Maryam plans to retire next year, which will give her more time to spend with her grandchildren. Vivienne and Barnaby hit a rough patch as well two years ago due to mostly stress related reasons and for a while it looked that the only solution may be divorce, but they decided to work on their relationship and themselves and step by step their relationship is improving. Thalassa and João are not a couple as they love to declare, but yet decided to welcome a second child together some three years ago under the pretense that Stellan “needs” a sibling. Their daughter recently turned two and they successfully co-parent their children together. Cordelia is busy touring the world with her piano recitals, but always finds time for her girlfriend, they have been together for two years now after meeting at a concert of Cordelia’s favorite violinist. Lucinda and Harry were married a year ago, it was a big wedding at her parents’ estate with nearly 150 guests in attendance. Edo and Anne-Laure were married two years ago and Edo relocated to Canada where he works in dinosaur excavations around Drumheller, the family has settled down in Calgary though and recently welcomed a set of identical twin boys. Raffaella published her second novel two years ago with the story set in ancient Rome, the general reception of the book was very mild but she does have a group of very loyal followers, mostly history nerds who appreciate her keeping the facts straight. Lorenzo and his partner have moved to senior ranks after winning the much wished for bronze medal in ice dance at Junior World Championships. The senior years have been challenging so far and as a fourth best Italian senior couple last year they are contemplating their possibilities. They are also now a couple outside of ice, something Lorenzo promised himself he would never do, but there was no use in fighting his feelings especially with his partner feeling the same. At seventeen Silvia has received many compliments for her designs and also quite a lot of commissions, once she is done with school she plans to make fashion design her living.
