[Facts] Are people really named Hospice?
It is a user submitted name on this website, but is it really used? I can't imagine someone in America with the name. Maybe in other cultures though?

I've either met or encountered people called Furniture and Psychologies - from Zimbabwe, but there are some interesting ones from other African countries as well. Anything's possible.
But in the case of the French name Hospice people are not being named a random noun. Hospice is the French form of the name Hospitius. I have seen it used well into the 20th century.

The entry says it's an historic name. If you'd look at the French usage you can see it's only been used infrequently and in the 18 hundreds.
