I was surprised to see that both Eric and Erica (and their variants with K) are now considered dated in the US. In my country they still feel fresh.
Anyway, I like Eric but I also find it bland, Erik looks rough, I like Erica (especially because of the connection with the heather plant) and I love Erika.
