Margarita not very popular in my area. At least I do not remember any in my class. But I am not from Moscow or even Russia, just part of my country where there are many Russians.
Yelizaveta , like I said it is still used. Adam as well but where I am from it's Jewish person's name.
Liya - only I can think of is Liya Akhedzhakov. But I do not really keep track of famous people outside of politics so maybe there are more.
Samuil - author Samuil Marshak, yevpatorian major from long time ago Samuil Pampulov. And some religious figures. Also kind of Jewish person name outside of Christian religious figures.
