Mia and Andie don't spark anything within me, unfortunately, I feel very neutral towards them. Mia can stand on it's own, but Andie does come off as nicknamey.
I would love longer variations of them, though! Maybe go off the beaten path with having Mia short for Euphemia. I'm also quite fond of Andrina, so it feels perfect for Andie.

Perfect! Now that I'm seeing that pair written next to each other, they do seem complementary.
And sorry, forgot to answer the middle names question.
Euphemia Dawn and Andrina Constance are standing out to me as first thoughts, just off the top of my head.
If going with Mia and Andie though:
Mia Noelle
Mia Clementine
Andie Marion
Andie Sylvia

I'm glad you can see what I saw in them being somewhat complementary. They both have a soft sound, imo.
I like Euphemia Dawn. Very unusual name.
Mia Noelle and Mia Clementine are nice too (you can choose one based on whether she is born in winter or summer).
I like Andie Sylvia too, though I'd want to pronounce it sil-VEE-ah. ANN-dee sil-VEE-ah.
