[Opinions] Re: Sailor (+ other such girls names)
Sailor Jane - I think it's ridiculous, sorry. I can't imagine having to go by a name like that. Saylor is better, at least I'm not picturing the poor kid in a little uniform all the time. You probably heard it as Christie Brinkley's daughter's name.Scout Elisabeth - It's better than Sailor, mostly because of the nice Mockingbird association. As a twin/sibling pair though? Ick. Twins are cutesy-wutsy enough without having to be labeled as such.Arden Grace - I really dislike the hard sound of Arden. Very unfeminine. (And kind of makes me think "hard on." eek) Grace is incredibly overused as a mn.Brenna Joy - This is very nice.Margaret Faith, "Greet" - I have a bad association with Margaret myself, but I'm sure it's otherwise nice. Greet is very harsh and unappealing sounding to me.Emerson, "Emmy" - Emerson is too masculine. Emmy, with the million Emma and Emilys out there is too common.Campbell, "Bella" - Too masculine. And makes me think of the fat kid on the soup label.Violet - NiceCaroline - niceIsla - NiceAnnabel - Love
