Bush is a thoroughly unfortunate surname, and the alliteration in
Barbara's case only draws further attention to it. Besides, I strongly dislike
Barbara. Apart from the "barb" sound being plain and unattractive, it sounds (and is related to) "barbaric". I don't find recently dated names at all refreshing: they are still too overused, just not amongst people the child's own age. Bleh.
The name
Jenna has no substance to it, and really no meaning without stretching
Jennifer's over. I think "bleh" to it too ...
