My grandmother was Kathryn Inez. My soon-to-be niece will be Kathryn Joyce after my grandmother and my mom. I know you plan to use a different spelling of Kathryn but I think Inez and Joyce both sound pretty with Kathryn/Catherine. Other names I find pretty that are legitimate but a little more unusual:
