It looks like a place name, say Tockenhill, or Tockenhale, but I don't know any such place. There is a Tockenham in Wiltshire, which is the homestead of Toca (man's name). There's also a Tufton in Hampshire, which is "Toca's farm". Which brings me to Tufnell, another mystery English name. Tufnell = Tocknell? You never know.
