Question: Are we only allowed to adopt one child (mine are all singles) and if so how are we supposed to choose!
I've narrowed it down to two little girls and so I suppose if I had to choose it would have to be Yen Nhung Linh because she needs us more and Lupe is sure to be adopted soon enough. But deffinately if we could adopt both we would! :)
Also, are we allowed to change their names?
