Neither name thrills me. Names that start with a jay sound that I really like are Jamin, Jacob, and Jason (especially Jamin). However, since the choices are Justin and Jadon, my vote goes to Justin, although I prefer Justus or Justice and it's hard for me to get the nn Jay from any of them.
