[Opinions] Re: Henrietta, Henrika and Harriet
in reply to a message by Ylva
I like Henrietta. It's very soft, pretty and feminine, and it makes me think of the mysterious Henrietta, the love of Giacomo Casanova's life, as he put it himself (I'm currently reading Casanova's biography, so that's the first thing I associate Henrietta with right now). I knew a Henrika once, years, years ago. She was the cool girl of my year in middle school, but she didn't really like me so this name is always going to be somewhat childhood-angst-ridden for me ;-) I've never really liked the name Harriet. It's always seemed very rough and unpleasant to me.
