I used to babysit for a little Roberta. Her parents were going to use the nn Robin, but she insisted on Roberta. Smart kid. I like the nn Robin, also Birdie.

Augusta is wonderful. How could any kid named Augusta not turn into a great lady one day? Nn Gussie is adorable.

Roberta isn't bad, but I adore Augusta. :)

Together, as siblings or fn and mn? I think that they rhyme which doesn't seem good.
Seperately, I like August as a first name for a boy, but I am not too keen on Augusta unless it is pronounced Uh-gust-ah. I know someone with the name Roberta and she doesn't like it, but goes by Robin which I think is cute.
