Harvey and Shannon Balfour have adopted two boys and two girls. They are siblings and Shannon and Harvey didn't want them to be split up. They are from the Ukraine and have strange names. To make their new lives easier in America they would like to give them more normal names if they wish to use them. They wont be changing their birth names, though. They don't want names that are over used and popular
