[Opinions] Swiss Names
I don't know much about being Swiss, other than knowing I am. How come there is not an option for Swiss names? Is it that they all stem from Germany and France?

I 'm Swiss, and a lot of names do come from German and French (or other languages). But there are names that are not used a lot in other languages like
Male:
Beat (BEH-aht, not BEET!)
Jürg (YURG, with the U like the French "tu")
Ueli
Female:
Bäbi (short for Barbara)
Heidi (this is used in other languages, but it's very Swiss)

Yes, I think it's that there aren't enough specifically Swiss names to justify a list all to themselves. German, French and Italian are all spoken in Switzerland.
