My names (a mix of these, top boys name would be used first, second, third, first girl would get top name, so forth) (ex if it was two boys and a girl it would be Evander, Avery and Emerson:

Emerson Zoe "Emmy" (I love Emerson Annette, but I wouldnt want EA for the intials for two. I think two E names is cutesy enough, but they are both my top names)

Since my boyfriend hates all of these, except Julius which its his nephews name, I would have to say I would be more likely to use the following:
Miles Octavius "Mo" (his intials would be MOW)
Lucas Ambrose
Elijah William "Eli" or William Emmett (our four combos for boys)
