I'd choose Hannah over Hanna, not sure why--neither really stick out to me, in the first place. I actually don't really like the name, personally.
Definitely don't like sibset Anna and Hannah. They are pretty much the same name; Anna is derived from Hannah.
Of the other name choices you have listed, these combos sound nice together:
Hannah Elizabeth
Hannah Catherine
Hannah Jocelyn
Hannah Emily
Hannah Chelsea (not keen on 'Chealsea' spelling)
