I like it. I pronounce it nah-vah. I also like Naavah. It's probably most suited to those with that particular ethnic background. I wouldn't use it today though, since she would be mixed up with all the little girls called Ava.

It's my mom's last name, but it's ok. At least I wouldn'y use it (maybe for the same reason because it's my mom's last name, lol)
