Thank you, nice and interesting link, but do you happen to know how to read the tables? Are there numbers of births or numbers of people alive for a certain given name listed somewhere, maybe in the column "circular"?
The column "circular" means "sentence, report", in reference to document proving the existence of the name (Santoral- saints' list) or allowing the use (012-DGRC-2000: document 012 of 2000 from Dirección General del Registro Civil; 878/946: report 878/946).
There are some articles about allowed and rejected names in Argentina, but they are in Spanish and I don't know if they can be interesting for you.
