The San Luigi Family
Gio and Kyra are pregnant with their second child, again a girl. Kyra loves the name Gianna and wants the baby's name to also begin with a G. It doesn't have to be Italian, and it doesn't matter if it's very popular, either. The middle name should be Italian, too.

The O'Reilly Family
Billy and Stephanie are pregnant with a baby boy this time around. They want to use a K name again, and the middle name to honor Billy, whether it's using his first or middle name or a variant. They don't want the boy's name to be kreatyvely spelled because they think that it's too feminine. It should be a trendy first name.

The Davene Family
CJ and Melissa are welcoming a daughter. They do not want to use the initials A or J on their daughter. They think it will be fun if all of the boy's initials are "AJD" and the girls have their own set of initials. Choose a trendy name, in the top 100 of 2005, that starts with any letter other than A. The first name should end in a vowel, too. Choose wisely because if they have another daughter, her name will start with that lette as well. The middle name should be traditional and remember, it can't start with a J!
