Gio and Kyra are pregnant with their second child, again a girl. Kyra loves the name Gianna and wants the baby's name to also begin with a G. It doesn't have to be Italian, and it doesn't matter if it's very popular, either. The middle name should be Italian, too.

They don't want the boy's name to be kreatyvely spelled because they think that it's too feminine. It should be a trendy first name.

The first name should end in a vowel, too. Choose wisely because if they have another daughter, her name will start with that letter as well. The middle name should be traditional and remember, it can't start with a J!
