I love Lincoln, but hugely dislike Elliot on girls. It's a male name, there are oodles of wonderful and underused female names that I would far rather see used than yet another transgendered male name.

Lincoln is too political for me. I love Elliot on a boy, but can't picture it on a girl.

I love Elliot for a boy, and I wish people would stop regendering names. With the supertryndee NN Ellie, it is just trying way too hard anyway.

Lincoln used to be one of my favorite boy's names when I was about 4 moths pregnant, but now I am not too fond of it. It reminds me of Abe Lincoln. Elliot on a girl is just horrible. I dont see how anyone could think of it as a girl. However, I really like Elle.

Despite Scrubs, I haven't been able to find Elliot the slightest bit attractive on a girl. Ellie is fairly nice, preferably with the full name Elena.
