Just a idea I had while brushing my teeth (yeah, I know). Basically, this is a normal initial CAF, except you generate your own initials for each player using the instructions given. For example, for "DH: (your initials)", Daisy Fleur would put "DH: DF". Try and do first and middle name initial whenever possible, but if you don't know somebody's middle name, you can use their surname initial instead. If they only have one name, for some reason, you get to chose your own MN initial (yay!).
