I suppose "Thays" (from central europe apparently) may be related with "Thayes" or "Thayer"... Vivanco is basque and might be spelled "bibanco" (nothing to do with "twice [river]bank" I suppose)... Tunque might be both Quechua or Spanish if not Aimara or something else... I'm looking forward for getting assistance from those who ran the "http://www.andes.org/songs.html" page in getting what "canchaya" might mean ("chaya" seems to mean "arrival" or "arriving" but "can" is not the latin "dog" but something else, maybe "kanka" rooster)...
