We do not celebrate 4th of July, but the day was pleasent never the less. Together with my mother, I started the brewing process of elder flower limonade . The flowers have to "rest" together with the other ingredients for a little week before the limonade is ready.

Elder flower limonade is the most tasty limonade I know of.
I think it tastes of summer.
