I think having the name Valentine as a middle name would be lovely, but only is the baby was a girl and born on Valentine. Perhaps a name like Red? I'm not sure...boys and valentines don't mix right away, but your aunt could definitely look up names that mean love, which would be sort of cool because it would be a rather hidden meaning that just she would really understand! good luck and happy valentines day!
