I prefer it with no nn. But my cousin name Isaiah sometimes gets called Saiah. I rather like that.

My best friend's son is named Isaiah, and he is normally just called that, but sometimes they call him Zaya.

I really dont think it needs a nn at all. If I were to use one, I'd probably go with Zay. Zeke, Ike and others just dont fit for me, especially not Zach.
