I'm not hugely fond of Patricia but it's my grandmother's middle name so I do hold it in regard as a middle name. I can't see Patience coming from it though. I don't like Patience because I'm very wary of "virtue" names - growing up is hard enough without having a serious behavioural expectation built into your name from day 1!
