It may be a legit unisex name, but most people see it as a male name today. Girls do already have a lot of Juli- names (Juliana, Juliane / Julianne, Julia, Julie, Juliet / Juliette), whereas boys only have Julius and Julian. Sorry, but I prefer Julian on a boy.
That said, I think these are good:
Julian Esmée
Julian Rosa
But the flow's off to me. Rosa Julian sounds quite nice to me though.
