Ethan vs. Noah
YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE.
Which one do you choose, and why?

Noah, more timeless and classic
Ethan, although I dislike both. Noa is one of my favorite female names and the popularity of Noah made it unusable to me. I didn't want to saddle my daughter with a name that she would have to explain. I disliked having people ask me about my name as a kid.
Noah
It's more popular but more pleasant to my ears, even though I like both.

Noah for sure.
Noah has always pretty much been a liked name for me. I would actually consider it for a son if a partner liked it so much. (More so as a middle name because of the popularity) I also like the Biblical story.
Ethan, on the other hand I never cared for. The name isn’t bad or anything, just a bit overrated.

I think I would choose Ethan. I guess I like the sound a little better. I like the long E beginning, and the 5 letters satisfies me.
Noah, I actually do like this name a lot. Ethan is whiny.
Noah
It feels more grounded, like it actually has history, as opposed to Ethan.

I think I have actually known more Ethan's than Noah's, definitely Noah. Ethan sounds more bratty too.

Noah. I don’t like the “eeth” sound.
Oof. Evil abounds.
I guess Noah. I don't like it but there's something intellectual about it, as opposed to Ethan which is all yuppie snobbery. I could see a Noah being serious and quiet and studious, which appeals to me.

Ethan, hands down. It’s one of my faves and I’d totally use it.
Ethan. Just a nicer, more solid sound than Noah.
